This is one of the pathetic product they have ever launched. I am using it since Nov2014 and every month I have to raise a complain. Every month it is coming up with new problem.
And the worst part of this product is there "Customer Support", They will not listen to you.None of there technician come on call.
And there technician has tendency to mess up this product. Its always better to buy a water bottle from outside rather then using this product.
TDS for magna is around 70-150.On the other hand TDS for Water botlle(20 Liter) is around 30-60. In bangalore water bottle will cost around 40 rs for 20 litre. And this magna will cost arounf 17K. Plus 5K every year for and there pathetic support. So its your choice.
