We have an Integra 7 and already once I wrote about the horrible service of Eureka Forbes or their assocaites. I preferred complaint of the unit not working on 18.3.11 through Euro helpline. One technician came after 2 day, checked and said that the PCB has to be replaced and that he will come back shortly. Again on 23.3.11 I called up helpline and explained and got a complaint number 61613808. They promised that someone will come within 24 hrs. Today is 4.4.11 ie 12 days and every second day, I call up helpine who are polite and get the same answer - "Technician will come shortly". The unit is under 2 year warranty till 20.3.2012. Where do I have to knock the next door.
I will not buy another Eureka product and I recommend that noone should buy one!If someone can suggest how I can take up this case to consumer court, I will be thankful.
