Integra 7 is a good product. A very good product. The quality of the processed water is absolutely amazing. I give five stars for this!

Our entire household has come to depend on it very much.

But this is also a reason to worry, because once it goes dead, you are thrown off your normal routine!

I will try to put my review on 3 aspects of this product 1) The Sales Department 2) Its Durability 3) After Sales Service

I will start with Durability First(although its listed second in the above)

2) Durability: Integra 7 fall shorts of expectation on its durabililty.

4 months after the purchase, I had to change the RO membrane which costs Rs 2000+(The technician put the reason for the membrane getting clogged to the quality of water being input into the integra; I have no reason to doubt him and he probably is right.but a product which cost me Rs 25K(EMIshould have a guaranteed and attested durability on these parts.membranes). When I paused and thought for a second, I realized that I spent Rs 27K on drinking water in a span of 4 months(Does it sound ridiculous?). 7 Months after the purchase, the UV lamp goes bust!

My house hold consists of 3 people and our daily intake of Aqua guard water cannot exceed 6-8 liters.

(A simple math: Assuming that we had used 8 liters per day for 4 months, you can reckon that we consumed a little under 1000 liters in 4 months and little under 1800 liters in 7 months - Mind you I have taken Maximum figures for the water we consume.which is actually less that 8 liters per day.).

But, I must put out a caveat as well. I hope I am one unlucky customer who has faced these problems(uv lamp and membrane change). This may not happen to everyone. So, I would suggest you not to ENTIRELY base your purchase of this wonderful product on just its durability.

3) After Sales Service - I am proud to say today that I am a HAPPY and satisfied Customer of Intergra 7. Though, This was initially not the case a few months ago.

But I must say that my last service request was taken up VERY PROMPTLY AND DILIGENTLY. I really appreciate the way the concerned persons went to great lengths to get my Integra 7 back to working. I hope and pray that other customers have such an easy and pleasurable service from Eureka forbes people.

1) The Sales guys are eureka forbes are a set of confused people who do not know about the product they sell. In my case, the sales guy DID NOT UNDERSTAND my requirement and suggested me a SENSA(UV or RO) model(I had repeated my requirement atleast a dozen times).

Fortunately, immediately after this piece(sensa) was installed it started leaking and when the technician came, he Suggested me to go for Integra 7 which had the features that I really wanted(UV+ RO) .I must thank this Technician.

Now that I have talked on the 3 aspects, I give a final personal opinion that Integra 7 has been a good product for me. I would recommend it to others(but I would also have to warn you that durability is not its forte. And having a good after sales service people, like I had.is always a PLUS)
