Good Product, but Pathetic Sales. Review on Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Geneus RO + UV +UF Water Purifier

After 5 days of usage I am writing this review, I find that the product is good. Water is tasty and tested TDS with various TDS settings. I can see that TDS was around 370 before and after purification it came down to 36 with setting mode 1 and 78 with setting 3. Seems like the product is good. But I cannot comment on the durability as it is too early so I have given 3 as of now. I am little lazy to write abt whole problem with sales team but I can say that, don't rely on sales person they are pathetic. The most funny thing is Eureka Forbes call them water experts. Please do your own research and buy online (not sure about their online experience). Salespersons know only 1 thing, if TDS is around 500 sell Enhance RO, if it high around 1000 then RO+, they won't even suggest Geneus and they are not even sure why you have to go with Geneus.

But I felt Geneus is a good product compared to KENT. I had KENT water in my sister's place and I am sure Geneus is far better. One thing to note is, whenever there is a comparison between KENT and Eureka, people comment saying that you cannot set specific TDS level in Eureka product but that's not correct for Geneus model. You can set TDS yourself (I think in KENT service guy has to set). Unfortunately Eureka is also promoting that feature as Taste enhancer (or you can set taste). Buy the product @ your own risk of bad after sales service. But after seeing Kent & aquaguard reviews I felt that both are cheating customers and both have bad after sales service history. Now I can confirm that for Eureka Forbes.
