It has been 1 year since I purchased Eureka Forbes water Purifier.( Refer Photo).
More than 20 complaints. Product failure is like a regular happening on monthly basis. I wasted Rs17000 on this product.
You will not be given any replacement. They will simply service the product. Service person may or may not come. Even if he comes, it will be after 10 days only. There is no response from the head office too.
From AUG I started noting service No. I has failed more than 7 times. Often the Tap Fails. Water leakes from the Bottom(Refer Photo). Never buy Water purifier from Eureka Forbes. AMC is very costly. They charge Rs.4000.Service is very poor.
