I recently moved to Pune. Water is very hard.We decided to go for the best product and ordered Aquaguard Geneus. It looked very good. And everybody who saw appreciated the looks.
The technician who installed the product told me that machine would stop making noise within 3-4 days. I waited for a week the noise never went. I conveyed the same to the technician. He said I will see. I never heard from him.
In two weeks time from the date of installation the machine stopped working.
I put complaint in the call center. Did not hear from them. After reminder from my side, someone visited to tell us that the PCB of the machine is faulty.
It has been three weeks since then i am buying water and drinking :).There is no call or any concern from aquaguard that their top end product has complaint. It is always me who is calling various people in aquaguard, they just keep telling one story or the other.
Still to get any resolution...three weeks is a lot of time.
Stay away..... if not from the product then may be from such service and quality standards.
