Eureka Forbes water filters are a nightmare. Product is ok but very poor after sale services and poor quality third party maintenance people and very expensive maintenance and AMC charges. Too many sales people visiting home unannounced with ID cards saying they want to check the machine. False promise and offers to sell the product. Exploiting the near monopoly status in water filter market to the maximum.
