Hi folks in today's review I am going to share my experience regarding a purifier so before telling my experience I would like to tell you first don't purchase this product because I will tell you the exact reason why should you not purchase this product so lets see.
Before telling my worst experience regarding this purifier I would like to share or I would like to tell you some basic features of this purifier so that are in the company says it provides free installation after you purchase order now I will tell you later on, it has mineral guard and enhanced protection, it has enhanced storage, smart indicators and smart autofill the water flow rate of this purifier is 25 liters per minute, the capacity of this purifier is 7 liters and they gives 1 year warranty, it consumes 20 watt electricity and operating voltage is 234.Now I am telling my experience what exactly happened with me so when I purchased this purifier through Amazon then I called customer care support for installing this program then customer support said sorry sir we cannot come to you because the area of your delivered product is far away so we cannot come to you, you can do it by yourself or you can call local mechanic in your area then I said this is wrong thing and then he said sorry then I say ok no problem but after some time I had looked at the water faucet spout I don't know why but the outlet of this purifier flowing slow water so I called again to customer care support then he again said sorry sir we cannot repair your product due to previous reason.The customer support is very bad so if I talk about the look & feel of this product is very cheap and doesn't sound good and also it consumes high electricity which is very worst think also it does not exactly support 7 liters capacity of water it exactly support 6.2 liters capacity of water but according the company the company says it support 7 liters but this is not the real thing and it also says the installation is very easy but because I installed this program then I exactly know what is the hard of installation.
I strongly suggest you please don't purchase this purifier because if you got any problem in future then they won't come to you so the customer support is very worst.
