Purchased this useless machine november 18000/- rs, over a much delay got it installed, within 1 month the issues started, 2 techincians came and tried to do the service damaging the machine to the core and finally admitted they dont have trainig to do the service.
The matter was escalated to callcenter same was the response and after a long delay another guy came and took the filter and made my machine a normal RO unit. Why in the hell did I bought this machine.
the matter was escalated again and after long 15 days another useless came and repaired, the machine worked for 1 day and lying dead for more than 15 days.
The charming side - the complaint no never gets captured in the escalation form provided in Eureka Forbes site.
The mail ID of customer care bounces These are not trained people but outsourced bunch of non professionals who are just here to cheat customer.
Never Never Never busy this Enhance RO+UV unit. And if you are in Chennai especially under the service department of mr Kannan 9361877701 you better buy another RO unit or arrange Can Water. Never Ever buy this product . I dont have option to put worst rating so putting poor, Consider it as worst and pathetic
