Friends be alert this company is allocating fraud and gundas as vendors for service and support. Its becoming very risky. Make sure service is done in presence of male at home.money is after life.

I am from Mumbai and manager at service center is behaving like gundaraaj. totally fraud. no security . no proper office. no id cards. no tracking. refusing to change filters even applicable as per renewal contract. Dear Eureka, ur own service centers are spoling ur brand image and mainy of ur regional heads r also well aware of it. Though ur products r good but management n service so poor.
Ur service centers do not replace filters on contracts but on paper they show u as changed. And they sell it directly to some customers without contract. And if u r not aware of this then its a sign of bankrupticy. say ur brand, image and company as ur products are really good. We r already unsatisfied with ur service centers and without service product will be useless soon.
