I had purchased Aquaguard Enhance water purifier, which had stopped working after 3 months, I called customer care for service. After waiting for more than a month a person came and serviced, but Water is not being filtered properly after the service. I complained the same but no solution. No body came for providing service after that.
Aquaguard has area wise service persons, these people will not provide service if the product is not purchased through them.
so getting service has become a serious issue.
I sent a complaint letters to their Bangalore office address as mentioned in the bill, But the letter did not delivered, came back stating party does not exist in the address.They have fake address in bill. I had sent complaint letter to other addresses searching from the website, that also failed to reach them. Finally I wrote to Mumbai head office, which is being received and no action taken post that as well.
I suspect If the products they selling are duplicate or may be local made. Distributors are only bothered of making money by selling the product. Are they really selling original products?
My Family members health condition got deteriorated after drinking water from Aquaguard. I had to spend lot of money on hospitals, since my mother had fallen sick drinking impure Water from Aquaguard. Later we stopped using it.
They are selling defective and non reliable products. They are not even testing water whether it is safe for drinking purpose or not, after being purified through Aquaguard.
They are so negligible and playing with lives of people.
