I am writing this review after using few years.
worst product - Need to replace all filters every years, need to have a additional filter outside of this product other wise u need change all filters for every 6 months
worst customer care - the service technician charge you for something even if you are on AMC. They take all old filters with them after replace it and they say it's a company procedure. They give estimate as bill at the time of servicing. I called and complaint about this on customer care and they replied me it's a problem with me and the local service provider, nothing to do with the customer care of Aquagaurd.
Worst service - every 2 months the water taste get eroded. I feel like drinking a hard water.
web portal service request - When I book a service request that time itself they ask about the problem. but every time service technician will call you ask about the problem again and your address too. then I don't what record they are maintaining for the product and the amount I pay for AMC.
Totally unsatisfied.
