I purchased this 1 year back and since 1st day it had issues, Eureka had to send me another piece as delivered one was not working and it did not came via DHL as they claimed while purchase.
Very poor customer service and the price of product is comparable to all big brands but has poor service and reliability of product is poor too.
Hope, Eureka Forbes is listening, else, they will vanish from market soon.
