Had ordered aquaguard on 17th may online with full payment(transaction id is 336888713,
Customer ID is 8000029565) . no confirmation call from eureka till 22nd may. so registered a complaint with customer service(# 91938270). still same for days. use to call almost daily to customer care, after keeping on hold for atleast 10 mins they use to just hang up saying we will arrage feedback call.
No body called.one of the executive gave me senior persons number mr vinit jain 7666517171, still no gain. either he doesnt receive ur call or keeps on assuring you only. finally product delivered on 18th june( after a month), now same hassle for installation.
