I brought Aquaguard Crystal Plus water purifier on Feb 2016 from Croma Navi Mumbai. There were lot of promises by croma for service etc. After use of almost 11 months when water was not getting clean then I contacted aquaguard CC and came to know that my product was out of contract. Purchase date was updated incorrectly as 1 Year back that is FEB 2015.
Then came role of Eureka forbes technician they always try to sell their AMC's.
There is no alert whether filter is overused or not?
So they replaced that Filter and Carbonated filter.
BUT I DON't SEE ANY TRANSPARENCY from these guys. They don't give you the exact solution, in my case I am not sure whether filter should be changed or not within 11 months only?
AND these people don't contact you for free service in contract periods. Worst service
