I bought Eureka forbes Crystal plus water purifier on 24th June from Maharashtra Electronics Camp Pune. Installation was very late afte 3 days ie on 27th June, worst service. The purifier went dead ie stopped working immediately on 3rd July, so not even worked for 1 week. Called Eureka CC and the Dealer Maharshtra Electronics number of time to get it repaired.Service person came on 5th July checked the purifier but could not start it, said there is some thing wrong in the PCB, came after 2 days, replaced the PCB and it worked only for 2 mins and agained failed in front of him. so he made report to replace the equipment. Yesterday when I called the service centre it said there was a replacement which came but my address was not complete in their system and my mobile was not reachable. Firstly this was total lie as I had register my address and mobile number on the very first day and based on their data base service engg had came for installation. Even today I have not received the replacement and very much fedup of the company Eureka Forbes, its product and services. Don't know when I will get my purifier replaced or money back. so suggest do not buy any product from Eureka Forbes
