Never buy water purifiers of Eureka Forbes. Extremely poor service. Took AMC for 2 years by paying almost 50% of new product cost. I was assured that the my purifier will be serviced once in 6 months and compliant calls will be attended in 24 hrs. Both proved to be false, as the service was never done in 6 months and when I raised a request for service as the purifier was under breakdown, its not attended for 4 days now. So pls dont trust this product as you will find yourself in a mess in case of breakdown. I am scrapping this machine which is just 1.5 years old due to the pathetic service.
If you buy Eureka Forbes Water purifier, you will end up not able to use it and buy drinking water bottles, my experience on using Eureka forbes water purifier.
