Following is an email I sent to customercare@eurekaforbes.com on 06-04-2016 and waiting for their reply:


Madam/Sir,


May I kindly request you to read this mail FULLY to understand the standard of services rendered by Aquaguard Vellore.


I am using an Aquasure Expert machine.  As long as the service was provided by Aquasure, I was very much satisfied. But when the service was taken over by Aquaguard last June 2015, the service is the worst ever possible - regret to say this.  The way the service persons and the service head speak to us is really very harsh and annoying.


I lodged a complaint on 29/03/2016 vide complaint no. 86339618 and on the same day I had called Aquaguard Vellore and informed them the same.  I had even escalated the call a couple of days back.


Today 06-04-2016, in the afternoon a service person had given a missed call to my mobile which I didn't care, as it was from an unknown mobile number.  In the evening when he(Mr. Jagadish) called me and asked me for the landmark, I asked him where he was so that I could go and pick him up. He said he would call me after some time, as he was attending a service call.  Since he didn't call me, I called him again, but he said that he was already returning and could not attend my call.  Though I requested him to come, he refused and said, "I cannot come now, if you want you talk to any of my higher officials".


Then I called Mr. Chandrashekar at Aquaguard Vellore and wished to explain my inconveniences to him. but he too started talking to me in a rude manner.  He said, "Who gave you my mobile number? Why are you calling me?  My service persons will visit Tirupattur only occasionally and only when they come they will attend your complaints.  You might have lodged the complaint on 29-03-2016 but I received it only a couple of days back.  We can attend your call only next time when our service persons visit Tirupattur".


I am really frustrated, not for my complaint not being closed, but the way how customers are treated.  I think Aquaguard Vellore expects the customers to go behind them begging, for the calls to be attended, which is not a healthy attitude, and will surely spoil the goodwill and good name of Aquaguard.


Please note that I do not expect only a reply from you stating that the call will be closed shortly, as I am now forced to a situation to request you to kindly close my AMC and refund my money back, since I am totally frustrated and do not expect the situation would improve in anyways in future.   I would also like to inform your that if required, I would not hesitate to deal this issue legally or through social media, as the situations may so arise.
