I have this model from 2007 and worked well. We had been having regular "Paid" services all the time, but after I enrolled for AMC my bad days started. They haven't turned up ever since I've enrolled for it. No candle replaced, no servicing no clean up.
Now if I call that service agency's number, it's no more in use and neither they exist! I raised a complain in Eureka Forbes and a usual answer "Sir this complain will be attended in 48 hours" and no one turns up. I have got 3 complain numbers and taking regular follow up from 7th of January 2012 but no one has showed up!
May be they're not interested to entertain this request because someone whom they appointed as service centre is no more there and it's not their liability! No morals. no sense of service, just dump the product and let buyer suffer! I may go for consumer forum as I'm holding all the conversations recorded with my reference numbers.
