We have a water purifier I-7 model and havea service contract for two years taken on 21.3.2010 by paying Rs7000. We prefrred a complaint through Euro helpline three times during the last two weeks- 4thdec, 8thdec etc. We are yet to see the face of the service technician. As a user of EF for the last 15 years I am astonished at their service and commitment.
Because they are selling huge numbers, they have forgotten customers.Are they fleecing the customers by taking service contract.The standard answer you get is "someone will come soon...". Will he come before 20.3.2012, the expiry of the service contract.What should I do? Should I go to a consumer court ? An e mail complaint sent through their web site remains unanswered .
