The brand manager of this worthless corporate wrote here asking me for my details. He would have done well to check his mail box before replying callously.
I had mailed from my private email all the details.
They have replaced my fly filled unit with another whose cover does not fit and no warranty card has been provided.
I am sick and tired of this company. Stay clear out of their reach. As one reader had pointed out before: boil your water and drink. Eureka Forbes might kill you. Their management are callous, their franchisees humiliating and repeated calls go unheeded.
Those of you who have been following me know that my family including my tiny kid drank fly-filled water from their Total Sensa!
