I have purchased Classic Model of water purifier on 30th April 11 by paying through a cheque. Recently I have got transferred to Bilaspur in CG.
I have sent several request via phone & in person to the concerned sales person & also to the registerred office in Bhopal for the transfer of unit & re-installation, but all in vein. Till this date of writing the review, no answer from such a big brand like Eureka Forbes has been received.
Poor service is the live example in my case. I would write a comment to EF -- Badi dukaan fika pakwaan..I also doubt the promises & commitment these representatives individually & collectively the company makes..
I with heavy heart say, I will never ever recommend this product or any product to any body.
I feel deceived..
