I have never seen such a worst and disastrous service like eureka forbes.We are residents of kakinada and its been 12 years since we have bought this aquaguard.The product is well and good with good style and nice look and it has only one problem that is filtration and water flow is also thin.Regarding this problem we have been complaining to the executives.They dont properly attend our phone calls.All the service people they send are half knowledged and doesnt know anything.Some people amazingly and simply say they cant handle this and tell us its the job of a plumber.So why do we and company pay for them.They dont rectify the problem perfectly and we complained about their service to head office regional office and central office too in Kolkata and Mumbai.Guys so please dont buy this product.The worst service I have ever seen.
