Really surprising to have a worst experience from such a reputed company
We have been co-ordinating with the customer service in Mumbai(18602661177) to change the filter of our water filter for more than a week . Despite several follow ups the guy visited our house on 10th april`15 with one filter instead of 2 filters.
He was in hurry to replace the filter. I found something fishy and I taken the filter which he carried to replace in our machine .Got shocked seeing the condition of the filter. It`s an unsealed, used filter covered with mud and dirt.
Attached snap will say it better rather than me explaining it. He admitted that it`s a used pc taken out from some other customer`s place and he brought it here as per his superior`s advice. Then I called that guy and from that conversation it was clear that he is aware of the case. entire conversation is recorded.

I was about to take AMC . Now I think I have to change the product itself.
Just want to know who is ultimately responsible for these type of frauds .it clearly states that it`s not a single case, these type of cases are regularly happening with many of the customers .If only ladies are available at house, normally they won`t peep into kitchen if such repairs are going on. Wish you to investigate all the replacements done by this distributor.
We don`t want any more customers to be victim of such frauds.
