I used this Eureka Forbes product last 6 months, but its maintenance is too complicated and taste of this water is bad as well as its not totally purified.
I cleaned the upper cartridge by back-flushing and did everything that was in the manual but still the water does not get through the filters anymore. This product is not listed in the Eureka Forbes web-page for me to register a complaint.
The most pathetic problem is I register a complain in Kolkata Customer care center two days ago, but I could not get a call from any service persons from Eureka Forbes and If You call one place they redirect the call to another place saying that this problem belongs to that department.
My dealer said me that is a very good product but day by day I feel that he mislead me about this product.
I bought it in Rs worth-3490 with iron remover facility, but now I feel its just a misuse of my money.
