I made the mistake of online purchase at EurekaForbes online shopping site and it is the most terrible experience. Since 6th April, no delivery, no update on email. The phones hardly work and whenever they work, the standard reply, our concerned department will call back. Of course no call backs.If you persist, they will lie that delivery will be made tomorrow.
Courier tracking number not available. Of course till now this has happened thrice and no delivery after 8 days of making payment. No redressal mechanism exists. They deserve the worst rating.
