I bought this product 1 year back. This is worst plastic box I have seen. For some days we got clear water just dirt free and not actually purified. Later it stopped filtering. I complained it many times to the dealer and we never got the service.
Finally I called them said I need a new product and within 2 hrs the executive was at home. I complained him about the service and problem with the product. He said we need to replace internal filters and charged 700/- (in Market 450) I asked him the reason he said this is a new filter and it filters faster and air does not get blocked as in the old one. I agreed and paid him.
After that this filter even neither filters out the dirt. Its like just a ordinary Can filled with water. Chlorine smells comes even after filtering. We called him again many times and he never turned up again.
