We have an Aquasure purifier. We received a call from Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai centre demanding our address to offer a discounted Aquasure purifier. We politely refused to give our address as we didn't want to. He used bad language in reaction to the denial.
The company needs to learn basics of valuing its clients before exposing their customer database to its untrained franchise staff. VERY POOR!
