I purchased water filter on June 2015 exactly after the warranty period of 12 months(Date of 21/06/16) they called me and telling that we are sending technician and your last free service is pending.
Then I told OK technician came and he inspected the product he suggested to replace the cartridge its not working and its cost about 3500 rs and there is only 3 months warranty for that, .
After he left product is not working I called to customer care they don't have any information of the products and price of spares and they not providing any of their service center address.
