After so many promises** of quick & Quality After sales service I bought a product from Eureka Forbes (Aquasure).
*I was promised of service once in every two months and immediete response for any call. After the deal None from their side had the courtesy to make even a call. I wasnt bothered on that till the time for getting the candle replaced.
For the same I have raised 4 complaints in last 15 days which not attended. Even customer care can't trace back my complaint numbers and each time I call I have to register a new complaints. I got Really annoyed of their fter sales service and I recommend all those who read not to believe the claims made by any of the sales executives from Eureka forbes.
Hence I Request My friends who are in the thought of Buying Aquasure or any products of Eureka forbes to think twice or thrice
