I made my 1st local complaint (as advised by the sales head of Euroka Forbes, Madurai) by the next day of installing that it has been taking more than 3 hrs to cut off. A service person attended on the next day only to create further problems of heavy noise from the machine. Following several calls and SMS the same person came again and spent more than 2 hours only to increase the noise even further. For more than a month now, we have been running from Pillar to Post by calling every one connected including Mr. Ilayaraja (Sales Team Leader of Eureka Forbes), Mr. Krishnamurthy (Owner of Service centre), Mr. Robin (Service Incharge of Eureka Forbes), Mr. Philip (Head of Southern Region, Eureka Forbes) and of course the dealer who sold the unit to us. The problem remains unsettled till date. Meanwhile, one of my neighbours bought a unit on my recommendation (I was stupid to recommend) and the unit was installed yesterday (16.04.12).


Even after running for more than 4 hrs, the out put quantity was only around 500 ml. My neighbor has also joined me only to experience humiliation, torture, exploiting and insulting by these cheat. Please never go for this product. Better, die by drinking poor quality water than being tortured to death after spending your hard earned money.


I am seriously considering of filing a criminal case of harassing and humiliating of my wife (she has been dealing with these people) by these fellows and separately approach the Consumer Redressal Forum. I am holding it for only 24 hrs on the request of the dealer. The problem lies with the people and not the machine. They must be exposed. Hope the Consumer Voice, Delhi would join me in this fight.
