We have purchased an Aquasure Nano RO from flipkaart.It got delivered on 2nd week of July 2012 to my Bangalore address.So after delivery I requested Eureka Forbes to install the product (service no:87327835). After calling several times one guy(Seetaram) came to install the product after installation he found that one of membrane was broken so system was not working. But he asked for 350 Rs for installation charge (but customer care agreed that it is free of cos in fresh installation).
Next day he came with an old membrane but it was also not working. So agreed to send another person to fix the issue but till now no one came to fix that. I called Vinod (this number was given by seetaram (9322) several time but no use. Then I called customer care on August 1st to raise a new request (No:87389557). After that I called customer care atleast 15 to 20 times to fix my issue . Every time they will repeat the sentence "Sorry for inconvenience today we will fix". But till now no one has come to fix .
My brand new product is still on the wall with out using a single time. I have never seen such an irresponsible way of support.
