Product: Aquasure IVORY.Purchased it 9 months Back.Problem: unit stops/starts working randomly.
I write this review with Great disappointment about aquaguard after sales support. Called up Aquaguard service center he redirected me saying this is dealer product please contact aquasure service center. This was the first surprise .. Aquaguard is just marketing Aquasure and they don’t respond to your concerns.
Contacted Aquasure. He was some 3rd party person who take calls over mobile and sends representative if he remembers at end of day. (No complaint tracking mechanism/ No estimated time). After many followup’s technician came, (was at office at that time) explained to him clearly problem with unit. It works for some time and doesn’t (doesn’t switch on) some time. Solution given by technician: He didn’t looked at the main issue simply change cartridge took the money for changing and went back.
Unit stopped working completely from next day. Tried reaching customer care technician doesn’t pick call. Tried reaching his boss he also cuts call. Its been happening for past 3 days. Had to get bottled water for home needs. In total have lost trust in aquaguard/Aquasure.
