I am using this product since last 2 years and I do not have a reason to complain. Initially we were using packaged water at my home but when we got Elegant RO we calculated and observed that within 1.5 years we will save an amount equal to elegants cost.
It has a 6 litre cabinet to store fresh water and suitable for small families. The water after filtration becomes very soft and taste normal as a packaged water.
I never had any trouble with the service team and the service engineer himself visited atcregular intervals without reminding them ever. If you take a RO you should take Annual maintenance contract after one year so that the product is maintained throug out all seasons.
Athough it costs you around Rs.4000/- an year it is value for money. In case any part such as membrane or any filter or switch inside or the pump dysfunction it is replaced free of cost as a part of the AMC.
I hope to get similar service from my RO.
Improvement required: One thing which I would like eureka to improve is the lid of the container. The mechanism should be improved for covering the pure water tank as it should be air tight kind of stuff so that small ants should not get way to get inside the water cabinet.
