The Service Manager, Mr. Prosenjit Dutta of Salt Lake took personal intiative to redress my troubles. Whereas bigger fish in this company kept mum, this gentleman personally looked into my woes and without much talk did the needful.
Thanks to him, I am now a satisfied customer.
The after sales service team of this corporate is not up to the mark. The ease of cleaning the machine is quite difficult and the AMC of Total Sensa is quite high but the ground level service in lieu of the same is shoddy and the staff are not trained properly.
I asked a trained personnel what UF stood for, the later could not reply. Their handling of the machine contaminates the water.
