I had purchased a aquaguard from eureka forbes. First the sales man that came in my house made it appear that this was a reputed company and these guys were the best when it came to service. After installing the machine the salesman said that I would recieve my reciept later. Its almost 10 months and I still havent recieved them. The worst part no one came to service my machine after 6 months as promised. After 8 months the machine stopped working properly. Inspite of my numerous calls to the company. No one came to my house and I had to get it repaired from outside. Now I dont understand why do these people advertise such lies because its just another garbage which you buy from footpath and forget about it. Though I want to drag these people to consumer court.
My advise is buy everything and anything from anyone beside Eureka Forbes.
