I would like to share my experience with Eureka Forbs Aquaguard classic.
We purchased this product in 2011 August, the overall product is excellent and very simple for use. The filtered water quality is good.
But the main problem is with their customer care service. I did a follow up of almost 2 months to get my invoice.
Now I am trying hard to get a Free Service done for this filter from past one month but there is no luck, calling their customer service almost every day.
I suggest everyone to look out for some alternate before deciding on purchasing this water filter or any product from EurekaForbs
My strong suggestion is never buy any Eureka forbs product as their customer care sucks at least in Hyderabad.
If anyone knows any other alternative to get this product service, kindly let me know.
