While the brand of Euraka Forbes is so strong in the water purifier domain it seems that the company has decided that customers who have been sold their products are worthless to them!!! I have a UV enabled Aquaguard called Aqua Flow and I have been trying to get it serviced. I see through reviews here that most of us are facing the same issue.
I see a comment by Euraka Forbes asking for a Service Request Number when a fellow reviewer has blogged that he has placed more than 12 requests!! Same fate for me I have been trying to get my purifier serviced for over 10 days now and when ever I call their so called call centre I get the update that today someone will come over, today the agent bet all odds said that till date there are no requests or records of my phone number!! Very pathetic service and support. Don't recommend this to anyone
