I am using the water purifier from Eureka Forbes for the past few years. Their after sales service SUCKS! In spite of an AMC for the same, I have to make umpteen calls and send as many messages to get a response from them and then they do half the job and go away saying that they have not brought the replacement items. For an AMC of 2 years which is good for 4 services.

I have just got 2 and I end up boiling drinking water because the taste has changed.

NEVER EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM EUREKA FORBES.they are the worst possible in their after sales customer service!
