I recently bought the Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry priced at Rs.9990. I realised I made a mistake the moment the product was delivered to me. The sales person who came for the demo had earlier mentioned that the dust will be collected in a separate bag but when I received the product that was not the case. As a result whenever I need to shift from dry to wet mode I need to clean the machine and the dust a bag inside(a protective covering for the motor), and when I do that I end up taking all the dust I have removed from the house.
Moreover if it takes ten minutes to clean the house it takes close to an hour to clean the machine itself. A pathetic design overall I must say.
I had used one of the first vacuum cleaners from Eureka Forbes and since I liked the product I went with them again but guess I made a mistake. When I requested them to take this back and give me only the dry vacuum cleaner, they are making me run around like they do in a Government office.
When I mentioned these facts to the senior people they are of the opinion that I haven't understood how to use the product. Cant believe Eureka Forbes has employed such silly and unresponsive people .
Above all my suggestion is please do not buy a wet and dry vacuum cleaner, EVEN IF GIVEN FOR FREE. Think twice before you buy eureka forbes product, they are not the same once u buy the product.
