Product is OK. Too high cost for its features and capacity. This review is all about the pains with Eureka Forbes. I suggest people to look at alternative vendors like LG, Modi etc. Pain is with their sales and support. Real crooked people they are. They are very eager to sell it and collect the check, but very lethargic and do not care at all to send the bill or respond to service calls. When I called for a demo, he says he can bring a new piece, demo it and sell it immediately. I insisted on just a demo. After demo, he says there is no new piece in stock and I will have to wait for a few days to get it. And they did not send the bill for weeks, unless I called. Complaint in their web page is also of no use. They don't even care to acknowledge. I am struggling from two months to get my other Eureka Forbes product (Aquaguard Nova) serviced to no use.
