We had a terrible experience in this airlines. In the first flight from Delhi to abuddhabi, the blankets were rationed(50 pcs) only, the cabin was freezing and we could do nothing but shiver.
In the flight from Abudhabi to Sanfrancisco, the staff was super arrogant and literally misbehaving with kids and passengers.
Fellow passengers had to intervene with the staff so that my 10 yrs old son could get a cold drink. The staff was visibly very displeased whenever somebody pressed the call button and there looks and body language made it very clear. They purposely ensured that you get the message. After this horrible experience similar experience was when are trying to get the miles credited in etihadguest program. Still struggling since 4 months.
