I booked the fight from https://etihad.com/ from Amsterdam to Mumbai.
On their website all the fight number was starting with EY indicating Eithad flight. But on the Travel date I had to travel with less KLM and JetAirways that also with too much delay and poor service. I see lot of people shouting for their baggages on Mumbai Airport.
For the return ticket on their website I have selected flights with 1 stoppage, but after payment they send an email e-ticket with 2 stoppage. I have made the screen shot and complain them, but their customer service never listen. They dont want to listen any complain but just keeps on denying. They are asking me to wait for 1 months. Such a horrible Customer Service never seen anywhere. Whenever I call they always say "Nothing is on my hand please call other department".
Never ever book ticket from ticket from https://etihad.com/ and fly with their partners airways. You dont know which flight it will be, how much delay it will be, how much stoppage it will be. And be carefull about your Baggages.
