Its a nightmare to be a passenger in Ethiopian Airlines. The check-in counters works in a haste and without any excellent management, you can expect any mistake any time.
The flight attendants are practically mostly uni lingual and some how understand english, but, off course not your problem, they keep passing your problem to the next person.
The decision making skill is a quality yet to be attained by this airlines.
The seating space is too congested, just like most Indian semi urban private bus services.
Punctuality is again like a thing which is perfect till it is struck any time.
I have been a frequent passenger of this airlines because on African routes there are hardly any airlines as frequent as Ethiopian,
Emphatically, the various facilities and services that they handle I would say they do not meet the international standards.
The Asian Vegetarian food, if you choose, you do not know what the hell is being served to you, and moreover, there will not be any, any, any cabin crew to make your doubts clear.
