Etechies should be renamed to echeaters. Review on Etechies

I am writing this review after confirming from all aspects that I have been badly cheated by etechies.in (Bangalore branch). The whole story begins when I called Just dial to look for laptop service center near my house in HSR layout. After few minutes I got the call from etechies. I had 2 laptops which I wanted to repair one was APPLE Macbook white and the other one was SONY vaio. As I already consulted with IMAGINE ( authorised apple dealers) about my macbook and they informed me that their is some problem with the mother board and it will cost me 30K to repair it, I did not want to invest 30K for a old laptop and thought of consulting with other repair centers which can do some IC level repair or even circuit board level repair. I explained all this to etechies and they told me they have some specialised machine to check for circuit board level problems. and they never mentioned about any other charge they will take to just service my laptop.

They informed me if they find any problem with any of the IC or any other part they will inform me and they replace it. After 14 days and million enquiries from my side they finally responded saying that your mother board needs to be replaced ( which I already knew and have informed the same to them.) To my surprise they offered me 45 K to replace it. when I denied their service they charged me 3K for tell me the things which I already know. Who takes freaking 3000 rs just to look into the laptop to tell you what the problem is. Even imagin took just 800 rs for service but these cheaters(etechies.in) took freaking 3000 rs and was not even able to resolve my issue.This was not the end of my problems.

After getting my laptop I went to anopther vendor iRepair.in. They told me if they are not able to repair my laptop they wont take even a single paise. And after 1 week and just 6000 RS they repaired my macbook they told me some IC were faulty and just replaced that. They also informed me that from my macbook the fan and some other parts were also missing. So now etechies not only duped me with 3000 rs but they also took some parts out of my laptop. I humbly request to all my fellow citizens of INDIA beware of this site "ETECHIES.IN" do not use their service at all. They will suck your hard earned money for just touching your laptop. They don't have any skill set what so ever to repair any kinds of machine.

And to top it all if you don't pay them what they want then they will take out the parts from your laptop\Desktop.
