1.Very slow service - I was told 6 to 10 days but it took 32 days them to deliver my laptop that also when I started following after 15 days on every alternate day.
2.Fraudsters - Apart from frequent shutdown issue, three keys were also not working in my laptop. I was told on call that engineers had tested and that whole keyboard had to be replaced and it could not be repaired. I denied it because I had an external keyboard.
Later, when I got the laptop, keyboard was also working. It shows, they were lying and keys were not working due to some dust etc. They forced me lot of times and even offered 20% discount on keypad replacement.
