Makes huge promises and delivers Nothing. Review on Etechies

This Service provider will Promise Huge with Nothing Delivered.

My Service Ticket No. is 95962.

I will give you the complete Step By Step Event for this....

1. I make an inquiry about My NetBook "Acer Aspire One 533", regarding the Battery( For a new One in Google ). May be some classified columns over the net.

   
   




2. The Folks from E. Techies gives me a call within 10 min of the Inquiry and Promises me that, there is nothing wrong with the battery and might be that the charging IC is not working ( Burnt maybe), so they will repair the laptop and I have to give them Rs. 1200 as service charge which is payable upfront, Parts Extra.

   
   




3. The guy comes and picks up the laptop after 8:00pm on a working day, gives that payment receipt for the paid amount of 1200, which I paid only through their website.

   
   

The laptop was in a working condition and I was taking the backup from the laptop so he had to wait for around 15 min.

1. Next day I get a confirmation message about the laptop, that it is getting repaired. I am Happy...

   
   




2. 3 Days Later I get a call saying that it was overheating and that They have formatted the Laptop with "MY ORIGINAL WINDOWS", as it came with original Windows when I Purchased It.

   
   




3. Next Day I get a call that the Battery is not working, so they will have to replace the Battery which will cost me Rs. 2700. Please Give the confirmation.

   
   

I provided the confirmation for the same.

1. 2 days Later I get the  call saying that the charging chip is also not working, so we will not be able repair the Laptop.

   
   




2. After a week I get a call from the engineer that I am near your House please collect the laptop. ( I don't know  From Office how can I suddenly come to my home to collect the Laptop.)

   
   

==**9. I make a call to their No. saying that please deliver it after 6:00pm. The lady bluntly says that For collecting we will come at your convenient time but for the Delivery you will have get it whenever we call, we do not send out delivery person as per your convenience. It is as per out convenience.

I think It is as per Money convenience and not as per Customer convenience.**==

I don't know why I paid Rs. 1200 ( Just for getting My NetBook formatted )

Please Do Not close your Eyes and trust anyone. These People will Promise a lot but will not deliver....

05/07/2013 - They have delivered the Laptop, Without repairing the one and Also I have a Major problem now, " THE LAPTOP IS DELIVERED WITH A PIRATED WINDOWS 7 BASIC INSTALLED"

Biggest CHEATS I HAVE EVER KNOWN.....
