I have placed an order from Essence of China Phoenix Market City at 06:46PM Sunday 29-3-2015 via order ID t6ux-k1zg/2, it was paid online.
I waited for 1 hour then waited for an hour more to give little bit more time. But I regret my decision now.
I called the Restaurant Essence of China and to my shock the parcel was kept at that place unattended with no follow up, the person who attended my call said its the food panda delivery guy responsibility to deliver and not us. I asked him have you either made a contact to them, to my shock he said whatever it is contact food panda and don't ask us. I asked what's the process after you receive an order, but the attendant refused to speak a word and informed me to contact food panda.
Food-panda has insufficient customer care representative in both chatroom and Call centers. You queries will be handled after long time. After wasting 10 mins more someone attended my call and promised me that he will call me back. After not getting any call I then contacted them via Chat. The order was cancelled after 2.3 hrs as none of them helped.
