A beautiful gateway from everything......

Mumbai's first and largest amusement park, EsselWorld, located just a few kilometres outside city limits at Gorai, is situated on a green landscaped, island on an area of 64 acres. It can be reached by ferry from Gorai creek or Marve beach. Alternately you can drive down by Western Express Highway, take the Bhayender turn and reach Gorai Island.

EsselWorld offers over thirty four thrilling and scintilllating rides, games and amusements, guaranteed to pep you up.

I am a big fan of esselworld....... though I have not visited it recently since more than abt 2 yrs, I simply love the place..

I have gone to essel world for abt 4-5 times in span of abt 4 yrs.

Each time it was a great experience. Most of time we had planned and gone on weekday to avoid crowd.

I simply love to ride all the wild rides. Be it roller coster or be it

My favourite rides here r thunder, manikchand enterprise, rock-n-roll, rainbow. These r the rides not everyone can go to.

particularly rock-n-roll & thunder u should never take after heavy food.

infact, I recommand eat very less during this one day adventure. Carry something light to eat that u can eat before and after u leave esselworld as they don't allow outside food in the esselworld. ... .during the day eat only light like idlis or a dosa etc.... so that u don't miss fun out of adventurous rides of esselworld..........

Thunder is the ride in 2 scales of a balancing weights which goes 360 degrees a lot of times and believe me is the best ride of all......... initially I was very scared to see this ride, couple of times I went but not enjoyed much because of fear...... but one day when I had gone, I wanted to ride it again and no one from my group was interested in this ride so I went and I set besides a stranger and guess what while talking to him just so that I am not scared, he told me he was riding it for 8th time on that day and he told me it was fun to keep ur eyes open and anticipate the experience..... guess what it was fun from there on...... I simply love it.....I had forced (rather asked) one unsuspecting bhabhi of mine to join me in this ride and she was ohhhhh god..... so angry on me initially but after she cooled off she told me it was the best ride and if she had seen it once then she may not have entered into it......

Rock-n-Roll this is again a dangerous ride and in my experience it excercises our body also... LOL..... but its a cool experience.

Manikchand enterprise: is another ride the beauty of which is this is ride which we can enjoy on our own, yes no one with u... u all alone in a cage rotating full 360 degrees....... this is light but very good ride......

Rainbow this is a cool family ride which gives u a very arieal view of full area..... a cool ride......

There r other rides also and I have ride them all except for kids rides LOL... I regret, I had no chance to ride these when I was kid as this beautiful place is only now available........

Also there r lots of family rides.......... some place where effect of ride without rides, I don't make sense right, but its like this there is one place in esselworld where u go in and there r small things like walk in rolling drum also there is huge circle u stand inside and then it rotates.... etc I liked this place as much as my 3.5 yr old nephew.....

Also we liked aqua ride, it really cools u off and relaxes after a day full of fun..

Also zyclone is good.....scary train ride..

i personally fear (oh yes, there is one ride that I have gone only once and that too one time that I had gone was after 30 minutes of lecturing myself to ride just to prove my point that I can ride any ride is slippery sultan......

Also rides like haunted hotel, maze r good for everyone....

Also u can go and shake ur legs to DJ and there is also rain dance in sometime....

but over and above I just love the place.... its neat, with lots of dustbins, clean rest room facilities at lots of locations.... if u want to just laze around u can sleep under a tree also.....

its a good gateway from routine life.........

by even writing abt this is enough for me to get an urge to go again.

its worth the entry fees of 300 odd Rs....... and a time spent to travel from mulund to borivali(abt 2 hours)......

Also once we had got free passes during rains so I had taken my elder uncle and aunts with me.... I thought younger generation will anyway go to this place one day with friends but let me take the elders and see if they can have fun and believe me they had fun..... so I recommand this to all........

I strongly feel ''Esselworld mein rahunga mein ghar nahi aaooga mein''
