I fully agree with expire001 comment.
Espire is notorious for giving negative feed backs if you leave their project in between. Some of the managers even say that the employee was absconding even though he had a good relieving letter. They do this to spoil your future because you leave them as per your choice. So far I have heard about 10 odd cases of such fake negative feedback.
I would suggest you all my friends that not to join Espire. If they ask you to leave then it is ok but if you have better job in hand and you leave then they will give your negative feedback. About LTA amount in your salary. you will not get this amount if you leave within 1 year of joining. So you can take is as indirect bond amount which you have to leave with Espire if you leave before 1 year.
So, dear friends first don't join Espire if you join then ask the hr not to keep LTA in your pay package. I came to know about this policy very late after joining. No hr person has LTA in their pay package. Only software people have it. If you are a friend of hr people then they will delete few of your leaves for you and no one will know about this because they maintain leaves in excel sheet.
So there is no system of good leave management. and if hr is against you then they will put your leave even for 2 minute late. All the good comments on this website are written by the internal marketing and hr team. so don't believe them. they are also fake just like Espire.
I want to advice all of my friends to talk to ex-employees of Espire and take decisions. I have talked to a few and nobody wants to join back Espire. You can get their numbers from internet, Linkedin or any recruitment company which approach you for job. Ask them to give you few numbers of ex-employee of Espire and see their feedback. You will see the long list of complaints for Espire. Nobody want to join Espire after leaving it.
